It is herkjiv notified that in terms of part 5, Public Works Act, 1882, and its various amendments, That the WAIKATO COUNTY COUNCIL propose to CLOSE portions of the main Mamilton-Piako ROAD running past Sections No. 252, 262, 2G3, and 250, Parish of Kirikiriroa. Plans of the portions of road to bo stopped may bo seen at all reasonable hours at the residence of Capt. McPherson, Kirikiriroa, for eight weeks from the date of this notice. Any person affected is hereby called on to lodge in writing any well-grounded objections with the Chairman of the Kirikiriroa Road Board within forty days from the date of this notice. All persons affected hereby, are called on to set forth in writing any wellgrounded objections to the taking of the lands, and to send such within 40 days from this date, to the chairman of the Waikato County Council. That the TAMAHERE ROAD BOARD propose to TAKE for ROAD purposes a portion of Section No. 49, Parish of Tama here, the property of Joseph J. Barugh. The land to be taken contains by admeasurement 2 roods, 36 perches, more or less. Any person affected hereby is called on to set forth in writing any well grounded objection to the taking of the land, within 40 days from the date of this notice, and to send such objections to the chairman of the Tamahere Road Board. The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1880,” for the purpose of paying off the present overdraft at the Bank of New -Zealand and existing liablities, and also,to consolidate'tho : loans already obtained.
