■ [BY TELEGRAPH. —COPYGHT.] (Reiter's telegrams.) London, July 15. Ring Ivalakaua has barricaded his palace, and intends to defend himself until the British men-of-war arrive. If he persists in his refusal to sign a new constitution, bloodshed is feared.
