Is land monopoly to be resuscitated, and the public estate sold to the highest bidder to Hud money for the Continuous Minister to spend in adding to the value of the big estates of their friends and supporters. (•>). Is population to lie driven out of the colony, and trade and manufactures to languish in order that pastoral pursuits may be the chief sources of wealth to the favoured few.
