[BT TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Wellington', Monday. The Supreme Court criminal session opened this morning. There are 20 cases, implicating 111 jrersun?, but none are of a serious nature. Judge Richmond's charge to the Grand Jury contained nothing of sjiecial interest. Tile yacht Thenuophykc, which left here a few days back for Port Underwood, reported misting. She was owned by Mr Xicholas Hammond, and there were two others on board.
