GLADSTONIAN VICTORY.

The election for the seat in the House of Commons for .Spalding, Lincolnshire, rendered vacant by the .succession of tD Hon. Mr Pinch Hatton, Conservative, to the peerage, took place to-day, and resulted in the return of Mr Halley Stewart, a supporter of Mr.Cladstone, by a majority of 745 votes over Admiral Tryou, who stood in the Conservative interest.
