Parr lias been nominated for the vacancy in the council caused ,by Mr Ifidgecurube's resignation, I would like to ask him for an answer -to tho following question Is it not a fact that you (Mr Parr) arc opposed to .the erection of the public buildings in IlaMilton, niid if y.m are elected will you not'do your utmost, even at this late hour,' to put a stop to the work ?"—I am, Sir, yours watchfully, No. 0.
