London, June 20. The Times states that the Pope is sending; Monsignior Persia) us apostolic delegate to Ireland, because he i.s not satisfied with the attitude of the clergy. The man who was arrested at Queenstown, supposed to be a dynamiter, has been released, as the explosives found in his possession are believed to be only fireworks. The Hydaspes, homeward bound from Calcutta, has gone ashore in the Gulf of Suez. .
