THE ANGLO-TURKISH CONVENTION.
[BY TELEGRAPH-COPYRIGHT.] [reuter's telegrams.] (Received JunelSth, 12.15 p.m.) London, June 11.' In the House of Lords to-day, Lord Salisbury made a statement regarding the Anglo-Turkish Convention, in reference to Egypt. The details have already been made public. He further stated that the Convention required the assent of the other Powers, aud otherwise would be invalid, and England would remain in her former position.
