Messrs Alfred Buckland' and Co.'s si Report:—At Ohaupo on Tuesday we had an unusually good muster of grown steers, which were in demand, and sold at'from £3 5s to £4 10s. Dairy cows wajited; frione yarded. Young steers, if good, in demand, at rather more than late values. Fat cows, from £3 2s Gd to £(5 10s'; fat ... stjeers, at, £4 ,to G5 15s. 00 fat ■? < ;e\Ve& made 7s each; 200 full-mohfh ewes in lamb at 5s each ; 30 merino wethers at -3s each. At Waitoa on Thursday we had > » good muster of cattle and sheep, i Fat cows at £3 58; fresh cows,! £2 15s ; calves, 7s each ; empty cows, low, condition,,from .r>G- to 303. Sheep: 274 ewes in'lbw cjondition made 3s lQd each; 200 wethers, : 8s Gd ivVi td'l'Os; p en of fat ewes, Bs. We sold privately during the week 50 grown,; steers, well-bred and very forward, for Waikato • Land Association; at £5 each.' At Wise--1 man's special sale we had a numerous attendance, and good prices were' realised throughout, nearly everything being quitted at over market values.
