THE IRISH LAND COMMISSION.

A return was issued on Wednesday showing that up to the 2Sth of February last the number of applications to have fair rents fixed in the Land Commission and Civil Bill Courts was 136,692, and the number fixed 59,735; the number; of applications dismissed or out, 24,687 ; and applications withdrawn, 10,001. The number of agreements made out of court was 59,831.
