TO .THK EDITOR. Slß,—The sale of mutton last Saturday, by Mr John Knox, at his mart, sceins ti> me a stpp in the right direction for the working classes. The mutton offered j for sale, although not.of the choicest, sold readily at remunerative prices both to thp producer and the buyer. What I think; should be jdono would be to sell mutton 1 one week and beef the next. This is merely a suggestion of mine, and may be taken| as such.— Yours truly, ; ...... . ■. A Family MAN.
