It is stated that a gigantic scheme is in course of preparation which lias for its object the boycotting of all officials connected with the administration of the Grimes Act, or siding with the Executive. IrishAmericans are. expected to seek arrest, in order to embroil the United States. London, April 15. Lord R. Churchill, speaking at Birmingham, accused Mr Gladstone of tanning discontent in Irelend in order to coerce the people of England to rescinding their mandate against Home Rule, expressed by the result of the last election. April 10. Speaking at Edinburgh, Mr Chamberlain made a bold denunciation of Mr Gladstone's alliances and associates, characterising them as criminals. The statement is attracting much attention. Mr Chamberlain met with an excellent reception. Sir G. Trevelyan has issued a manifesto against the Coercion Bill, in which he says that partisans like the Hon. Mr Holmes and Colonel King liarman are unlit to administer the bill proposed. The manifesto is m reality chiefly aimed at Sir George's political opponents, and in conclusion he says if the bill is passed it will lie a new and political weapon in the hand-; of the enemies of Ireland. Three thousand Nonconformist ministers have protested against the policy of coercion. 1
