«. (by telegraph.— own correspondent.) The Globe Readers. Auckland, Friday Night. The Board of Education to-day adopted Mr Cooper's resolutions, condemning the Globe readers, but resolution No. 2, suggesting the substitution of the Nelson series readers was withdrawn. Larceny. Arthur Tilby was committed for trial on a charge of stealing jewellery from the Aurora Hotel.
