Monday.—(Before Capt. Jaclcson, R..M.) W. Jambs v. John Allen.—Mr Dyer for plaintilf. Claim £1(3 lis. No appearance of defendant. Judgment for plaintiff for amount claimed and costs, A! 2 Ss. Charles Innes v. Wji. James.—Claim, £7 13s. Mr Gresham for plaintiff, Mr Dyer for defendant. Plaintiff deposed that the claim was for lemonade and .soda water, and also for 14 o 12 dozen empty bottles not returned. After counsel addressed the court. Plaintiff was nonsuited not having proved to the satisfaction of the court that all the bottles charged for were lost, each party to pay his own costs. W. Bond v. R. Davis.—Claim, £3 14s. MrGresham for plaintilf offered defendant to pay £1 a mouth till the whole amount was paid, together with costs £2 Bs. Olfer accepted. C. Innes v. A. Ramsay. —Claim, £8 Bs. Mr Gresham for plaitiff. No appearance of defendant. Judgment for plaintilf for amount and costs £2 10s. W. Jamics v. James Mautin.—Mr Gresham for plaintiff. Claim, £1 17s (id. .Defendant sent a telegraphic order for the amount less costs. Judgment for the full amount with costs £1 5.s (id, credit to be given for amount of order. (Left sitting.)
