Fat cattle, in full number, but very variable quality, scarcely realised last week's valves. Sheep, in full number, wore slightly better worth,. and a few pens', of lambs'sold well. Calves were also in demand, and a full market of pigs of prime quality brought 3id the lb, dead weight, and a coop of lowfs2s2d each. Messrs Hunter and Nolan s Rctort.— Horse teed, grain, and chat! plentiful; grass seed scarce. No noteworthy change in value. Horses were more plentiful than on the previous week, and there was a slightly upward tendency in values. Ilia entries at the Durham Yards were above the average in number. There was a large attendance, and for most of the lots competition was steady, but prices ruled; in favour of the purchaser.
