The Piako County Council propose under the provisions of "The Government Loans to Local Bodies Act, 1886" to borrow by way of "SPECIAL LOAN" a sum of mouey for the purpose of undertaking certain Public Works within the Patetere Riding ; and this notice is giveu in accordance with Section 193 of "The Counties Act, 1856." 1.
