Yesterday.—(Before Captain Jackson, R.M.) C. Craiu v. M. Moiuuskey.— Judgment summons. £2 lis. Dolondant did not appear. Plaintiff deposed that defendant had been working at the Fencourt Station, and had been in a position to pay the debt. Ho had promised to settle it as soon as he received his wages. A letter was handed into court, proving they had been paid. Verdict: Defendant to pay the amount of claim and costs, £2 Kis, into the court within one month, or seven day's imprisonment.
