The WHAINGAROA ROAD BOARD hereby notify their intention to petition the Government to ENLARGE the WHAINGAROA ROAD DISTRICT by taking in and' adding thereto the southern portion of the Te Akau Road District, starting from the N.W. angle of Section 59, Parish of Waipa, thence along eastern boundary of Te Akau Road District to S.W. angle of Section S2, parish aforesaid, thence to the sea at mouth of Te Aoterei stream. As the same is more particularly delineated in the plau now lying at the residence of the Clerk, Post-office, Okete, and which may be seen by any ratepayer on application to. W. H.
