Notice is hereby given that at a MEETING of the above Council to be held on TUESDAY, April 12th, 1887, the following resolution, adopted at a special meeting held on Tuesday, March Sth, ISS7, will be brought up for confirmation. Resolution to be confirmed :— That "The Local Bodies Loans Act, ISS6." be adopted generally by the Waipa County Council, and the special order take effect from and after the ninth day of March, 1887By order. TO THE RATEPAYERS WHAINGAROA ROAD DISTRICT. The WHAINGAROA ROAD BOARD hereby notify their intention to petition the Government to ENLARGE the WHAINGAROA ROAD DISTRICT by taking in and' adding thereto the southern portion of the Te Akau Road District, starting from the N.W. angle of Section 59, Parish of Waipa, thence along eastern boundary of Te Akau Road District to S.W. angle of Section S2, parish aforesaid, thence to the sea at mouth of Te Aoterei stream. As the same is more particularly delineated in the plau now lying at the residence of the Clerk, Post-office, Okete, and which may be seen by any ratepayer on application to. W. H.
