' AT AN EXTRAORDINARY ■GENERAL MEETING of the Shareholders of the North New Zealand Farmers' Co-operative Association (Limited), held on Friday, the 25th day of February, ISS7, the following special resolution was duly passed, viz. : — That the North New Zealand Farmers' Co-operative Association (Limited) is hereby required to be wound up voluntarily. AN EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING of the Shareholders of the Association is now convened by the Directors, to be held at the PUBLIC [ HALL, HAMILTON, on Wednesday, the 16th day of March, 1887, at 3 o'clock 1 in the afternoon, for the following purposes : — 1. To confirm the aforesaid special resolution passed on the 25th day of February, 1887. 2. To consider, and, if approved, to pass the following resolutions, viz. : — That a Liquidator or Liquidators be appointed for the purpose of winding up the affairs I of the Association, and distributing its property. 3.
