AT AN EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING of the Shareholders of the North New Zealand Farmers' Co-operative Associatio a (Limited), held on Friday, the 2oth d ay of February, 18S7, the following sp< ;ciai resolution was duly passed, viz. :— That the North New Zealand Farmers' Co-operative Association (Limited) is hereby required to be wound up volunfcirily. AN EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING of the Shareholders of the Association is now convened by the Directors, to be held at. the PUBLIC HALL, HAMILTON, on Wednesday, the 16th day of March, 1887, at 3 o'clock in the afternoon, for the following purposes : — 1. To confirm the aforesaid special resolution passed on the 25th day of February, 1887. 2. To consider, and, if approved, to pass the following resolutions, viz- : —Tb.at a Liquidator or Liquidators be appointed for the purpose of winding up the affairs of the Association, and distributing its property. 3.
