Mr Fkoude, who was recently entertained at a banquet by the St. Stephen's Club, is about to make another extended tour in foreign parts. This time ho will leave " Oceana " behind him, nnd study the wreck of the Empire of Spain. He. will sail shortly for Cuba, and after visiting the Pearl of the Antilles, he will probably visit other West Indian islands for tlio. purpose studying slavery as it exists.
