THE TONGA TROUBLE.

'In the House of Commons last night, Sir Henry Holland, Under-Secretary for thColonies, replying to a question, stated that the Imperial Government had telegraphed to the High Commissioner of the Pacific, instructing him to proceed forthwith to Tonga, and to report upon the state of affairs there.
