Pakkes, speaking at Deniliquin last night, said he would do his utmost to promote national sentiment in Australia. ; The question has been mooted of appointing an Australian Commissioner to reside in America, and it is expected to engage the attention of the Governments shortly. Hois art, Feb. 25. A Ministerial caucus yesterday decided that Mr Lucas be AttorneyGeneral, Mr Booke Chief Secretary, and Dr Agnew Premier, without portfolio.
