FANCY DRESS BALL, HAMILTON

A fancy* dress ball was held at the Oddfellows' Hall, Hamilton, on Tuesday eveniug. The pretty decorations sised during the Carnival had been left on the walls, and presented a charming effect. The annexe, which had been left standing, answered _ excellently as a .supper room. The music was was supplied by Mr Hartley's string band, from Cambridge, and gave the greatest satisfaction. The supper was catered for by Mr E. L. Smith, of the Royal Hotel, and it is needless to say that this this department was efficiently looked after.
