[BY TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Wellington, Friday. The officers of the Native Department who are to retire so far as yet settled are Judges Williams and O'Brien, of the Native Land Court, who retire on a pension, and Judge Brnokfiold, who retires on compensation, Mr Wilkinson, Nativ< Agent in Waikato. and Mr Vickers, clerk in the Native Office here, both of whom retire on compensation. Judges Williams and O'Brien retired on a pension some time ago, but were temporarily re-called to full pay and active service. The Governor leaves in the Hinemoa ai noon to-morrow and arrives at Dunedin at midday on Monday.
