DROWNING ACCIDENT

[BY TELEOtt.VPH. —PItKSS ASSOCIATION'-! Christchukch, Wednesday. This morning Arthur Willow, 2o yean old, was drowned at New Brighton. He went to bathe with two brothers, a brother-in-law, and a Mr Toney Cliff. The tide took them out seaward. Toney Cliff got Arthor in and loft him standing in three feet of water wliilo he went to help the others; a wave lifted deceased off his feet, nnd swept him out, and he was drowned. The body has not yrt- 'wpii iwnvored.
