Thk Journal de St. Petersburg states that Russia and the Porte have agreed to a solution of the Bulgarian question in conformity with the terms of the Berlin Treaty. Prince Alexander has returned to Darmstadt. The Bulgarian delegates, who started on a mission to the various European Powers, explaining the dispute in connection with Russia, will arrhe in London on the 2'Jth inst. The statement that the Porte had recalled Gad ban EftVndi, the Turkish Envoy in Bulgaria, is incorrect ; but he has been instructed to moderate his attitude towardN the Regency.
