A lkitek published in to-dayV> issue ot Le Temps, from an Aden correspondent, states that agents employed by British C4oveinment had incited the Tomoulis to the massacre of the captain and crew of the French w.ir vessel, Penguin, on the 2Kt November last. Tina wa* done, the letter alleges, in consequence of their fear of French annexation.
