The manager of the National Mortgage Agency Co. reports as follows of the loc.il giain market: — Wheat, downward tendency, 4s 5d to 4s 6d ; Parley, quiet, 3s 9d to 4s 3d ; New Zealand oats, feed sorts, better demand, from 2s lid to 3s ; New Zealand oats, milling sorts, moderate demand, firmer, 3s to to ,3s Id. New Zealand oats, under bond, 2s Id to 2s 3d.
