In the Colin Coiupbell divorce suit the Duke of Marl borough, Captain Shaw, Dr. Bird, and Colonel Butler established strong answers to the charges brought against them, and *vhioh were chiefly made on the soi'vants' testimony. The Judge summed up in favour wf the respondents. The costs will probably exceed £15,000. [PHESS ASSOCIATION.] LosnoN, December 21. The divorce cases— Lord Campbell versuLady Colin Campbell— in which the Duki of Marlboro, Captain Shaw, General Butler, and Dr. Bird were the co-respondents, concluded to-day. Lady Campbell having nhv sued for a divorce, the two cases were by order of the Court consolidated. After a trial lasting eighteen days, a verdict has been returned, that the charges were mutually unproveu, both petition.* being diamissedf
