In conformity with Section 29 of the " Impound ing Act, 1884," public notice is horeby given that the appointment of MR FREDERIC GAUDIN as POUNDKEEPER to the Borough of Hamilton is hereby CANCELLED by the local authority ; also, that under the same authority it is hereby publicly notified that MR DENNIS LEES is now appointed POUNDKEEPER of the public Pound of tho Borough of Hamilton, and is duly authorised to demand and receive the fees and charges set forth in the aforesaid Act, and carry out all the duties peitaining to the office. Notice is Hereby Given, that the exclusive USE of the RESERVE known as Sydney Square, Hamilton East for Monday 27th and Tuesday 28th December instant, is Granted by the trustees to the S. Peter's Fancy Fair Committee, and that such committee has authority to charge for admission on those days as follows, Is for each person, and Is for each horse or vehicle. Any person who shall enter the said reserve upon that day without havinpr paid the advertised charge shall be liable to a penalty of not more than 20s, which may be recovered in a summary way. J. M.
