and at the beginning of tho year he will commence to supply BREAD.
WAIKATO LAND AGENCYT, CAMBRIDGE.-The undersigned begs to intimate that at the suggestion of numerous friends, and in order to supp'jy a much-felt want, he has determined, in eonmction with Waikato News, to start business as a Land and Finance Agent, und is now prepared to negotiate the sale or purchase of rural or town lands, loans on mortuages, and all the other branches of a land and finance au^nt's business. The want of a central agency for the disposal of land and real estate has long been felt in Waikato, as at present few facilities exist for either buying or selling lmd. Hence it is feared thai, many persons who might have been induced to become ppnn.in«'nt settlers have been lost to the district. My business will be purely and strictly on commission, and clients may rely on every effort being made to advance their interests. Pai ties desirous of selling lands, either town or rural sections, will oblige by at once forwarding me full particulars. Low charges will be made. — Geoiuje W. Russell II 4 * The Waikato News" Office), Cambridge. Cambridge, November 10, 1886.
