THK members of the Bulgarian Deputation, visiting the European Courts to explain the position of affairs in Bulgaria, are still in this city, and have had an inteniew with Prince Lob.motf Rostorvski, Russian Amba^ador, who informed the deputation that they would not be permitted to enter Russia in furtherance of the objects of their mission.
