All protests to be lodged with the secretary within 15 minutes after event, and to be accompanied with a deposit of 7s 6d for foot sports, and 15s for horse races, liable to forfeiture if protest be not sustained. Three to start or no race. Committee's decision final. In the evening a concert will be held in the Public Hall, followed by the mirthprovoking farce "Sarah's Young Man." To conclude with a dance.
