Ir h stated that tho Thames River Steam Navigation Company, trading from the Thames to P.wroa and To Aroha, will be shortly reorganised and started on a new and better basis. Ivanhor (Karangahake). —The crushing now proceeding is shaping very satisfactorily, and the manager will put on all stampers next week. Monastery. —The machinery for the continuous wire tramway connecting with Railey'B plant arrived to-day, and will be immediately put into place. Tui Crkek.— Mr C. A. Comes has put a test parcel of two t(»ns of dirt through Railey's plant, but the result has not been made known, it being for private information. Most of the Adeline ore is on tho Paeroa wharf en route for the Thames.
