THE TAR AW ERA ERUPTION.
Captain Sinclvik, of the ship W.iimea, which left Auckland for England several days before the Tar.iwera eruption, writes to triends h^re, stating that when GOO miles from New Zealand showers of blinding dust fell, covering the ship.
