WAIKATO LAND AGENCY, CAMBRIDGE.— The undersigned begs to intimate that at the suggestion of numerous friends, and in order to supply a much-felt want, he has determined, in connection with Waikato News, to start business as a Land ani> Finance Agent, and is now prepared to negotiate the sale or purchase ot rural or town lands, loans on mortgages, and all the other branches of a laud and finance agent's business. The want of a central agency for the disposal of land and real estate has long been felt in Waikato, as at present few facilities exist for either buying or selling land.
