J.MEAD,
WAIKATO LAND AGENCY, CAMBRIDGE— The undesigned begs to intimate that at the sugßestion of numerous friends, and in order tosupph a much-felt want, he has deter'iinipd, in connection with Waikato Nkws, to start busiuess as a Land and Finvnck Auf.nt, and is now prepared to negotiate the sale or purchase of rural or town lands, loans on mortgages, and all the othor branches of a land and finance agent's business. The want of a central agency for the disposal of land and real estate has long been felt in Waikato, as at present few facilities exist for either buying or selling land. Hence it is feared that many persons who might have been induced to become permanent settlers have bepu lost to the district. My business will be purely and strictly on commission, and clients may rely on every effort being made to advance their interests. Pai ties desirous of selling lands, either town or rural sections, will oblige by at once forwarding me full particulars. Low charges will be made. — Gkokck W, , Ru.ssKLL("The Waikato News" Office), Cambridge. Cambridge, November 10, 1886.
