NOTICE UNDER THR PUBLIC WORKS ACT, 1882. It is proposed to CLOSE A ROAD running between Allotments No. 39 and 75, Parish of Pukete, and to OPEN in lieu thereof a NEW ROAD running generally in the same diriction as that about to be closed, through the property of Dr. Carey. Any objections to the taking of the required lands must be lodged in writing with the Hamilton Road Board within forty days from this date. Notice is hereby given that an order was made on the 11th day of November instant, in the matter of the Bankruptcy of Bernard Montague, of Waiorongomai, Contractor, when the said Court did order and declare that the said Bankruptcy had closed.
