London, November 3. -Consols are 101.— The market iate of discount is 3j per cent. — New Ze.iland •") per cent 10 40 loan is quoted at 101 '^ ; the 4^ per cent 5 30 loan at Ml ; and tho 4 per cent, insciibed stock, J>7. — Colonial breadstuff-i rcnmin unchanged. — Tho weekly returns of the Bank of England, published to-day, show tho proportion of reserve to liabilities to be 3!) per cent., or 2 per cent less than last week. The total reserve in notes and bullion amounts to £ 10, 500, 000.
