The Funeral.
After the inquest had been held at 2 p.m. the body was conveyed to the cemetery for interment. Th *, Rev. Mi Boler, who had been visiting the di^tiict and had just left, kindly canvj back to c induct the bervice. In consequence of the inclement weather and the short notice given not so many gathered around the grave as under other circumstances would have been there to pay the last tribute of rospect to the deceased, but still a good number were present. After Mr B>ler had read the service ho g.ivo an. addr^s, suitable to the time and place, st.ittncr that it would always be a source of irreat s.itis faction to the children of their decc.i-ed brother that upon the l.x^t occasion they over heard him it was at the family altu, when the prayer he offered (o.ie for the d,iy) was for those in distress and trouble.
