SvdMuY, November 2. Tiik religions disturbances caused in Lismore by Miss O'Gorman's lectures have now ceased, and the town is quiet. A hundred of the unemployed in this city are being supplied daily with rations by the Government. The Union Co. J s Te Anau arrived on the evening of the 28th ult. Adelaide, November 2. The cricket match, Shaw-Lilly-white team v. fifteen of South Australia, was resumed and concluded to-day. The home team, who yesterday lost seven wickets for 90 runs continued their innings, the- last wicket f.illing for 131 runs, lieing in a minority of 11)8, the South Australian team had to follow their innings, and when the stumps were drawn they had lost eight wickets for 127 runs. The match was drawn.
