Newh has been received from Afghanistan that the tribo, of (4hil/,iia and Lazaret, discontented at the excessive taxation recently levied in the-e provinces, have revolted at Ghuztipe, where they attacked and dispersed an Afghan regiment which was escorting treasure to Cabul.
