V¥7 AIKATO COUNTY COUNCIL. Notice Under Public Works Act, 1882, Section 189. The Waikato County Council hereby declare their intention to take for public purposes the following existing drains, and they hereby declare such drains to be "public drains."

SCHEDULE.

A drain commencing at allotment No. 7, Parish of Hautapu, and running along the Eastern boundary of said lot, and a road 100 links wide, thence along said road and past sections and thence across a public road 100 links wide to S.E. corner of Lot No. 37, thence along Eastern boundary of said section to the boundary between Lots No. 36 and 37, 35 and 38, to a road 100 liuks wide. Thence acioss said road and along the Eastern boundary of Lots No. 45, 40, 53, 54, to a public road known as No. I Station Road. Thence along this road, and along the Northern boundary of Lot. No. 54, and portion of the Noithern bonndary of lot No. 51. Thence Northerly across said road. Thence North-west ciossing diagonally, Lot No. 68, and part of Lot. No. 71, property of Mr Selby to No. 1 cross road, thence across said road and diagonally through Lots No. 66, 55, 64 and 63, following the course of the natural gully existing. Also a drain running along the southern boundary of Lots No. 37 and 38, and across Lot No. 3S to join the before mentioned drain on the bouudary between Lots No. 35 and 38. All the lots mentioned being in the Parish of Hautapu, as the same is delineated on plan to be seen at the office of the Council. ANDREW PRIMROSE, Chairman Waikato County Council.
