DUXEDIX, Monday. The woman Oeotgen^en, alias Farquhar&on, alias Johnston, arrested for child murder at Oamarn, was brought to town to-day, and sent to Oatnaru by the evening train. When arrested, she denied having over been in Oatnaru. The Hussars went under canvas to-day for the annual training.

WOODVILLE, Monday. On .Saturday a large party thoroughly searched the liu'h and the adjoining swamp of Pahiatua, but failed to find the least trace of Weber. No further search will be made.
