TN BANKRUPTCY. In the District Court of Waikato and Thames (being a local court of Bankruptcy), holdenat Hamilton. In the matter of the Bankruptcy Act, 1883, and the amendments thereof, and of the Bankruptcy of John McCanx, of Cambridge, Butcher, a Bankrupt.

Notice is hereby given that an order was this day made in the matter of the bankruptcy ot the above-named John McCann, that the said bankruptcy had closed. Dated this 12th clay of October, ISS6. JOHN S. EDGECUMBE; Deputy Assignee. Lewis O'Neill, of Hamilton, Solicitor for the Bankrupt.
