Conditions of Sale. 1. — That tho highest bidder to be the Buyer, and if any dispute arise it shall be decided by the Auctioneer. 2. — There shall be no fictitious bidding, the seller reserving the right of one bid only, such bid, if given, to be the upset price. 3. — The Buyer, if required, to pay a deposit at any time during the sale, or before the removal of the Stock, of 25 per cent., balance on removal of Stock. 4.— The Stock to be at the risk of Seller until delivery is taken by the Buyer. Should the Buycff fail to complete his purchase in any way it shall be optional to the Seller to re-sell the Stock at the Buyer's risk and expense. 5. — The Stock to be removed by the Buyer, with aIL faults or errors of description, within two hours of tho conclusion of the sale.
