It is proposed to CLOSE A ROAD running between Allotments No. 39 and 75, Parish of Pukete, and to OPEN in lieu thereof a NEW ROAD running generally in the same direction as that about to be closed, through the property of Dr. Carey. Auy objections to the taking of the required lands must be lodged in writing with the Hamilton Road Board within forty days from this date.
