Tenders were called to-day in London for the New Zealand loan of £1,323,000, together with £242,800 of in»ciibed .stock, representing the equivalent amount of the district railway debentures held by Government. These two amounts make the total referred to in the cable <m the subject. The minimum is fixed at 97. Friday. The New Zealand Loan placed on the London market on Wednesday is quoted at one per cent premium.
