These Waters are all feebly alkaline and strongly chnr^td with carbonic acid pas, which is constantly. escaping 1 from the Springs in large quantities. The Lithia. a valuable constituent of these Waters, is present in an appreciable quantity. The Analyses show these Springs to be Tery similar in Composition. These Mineral Waters nre exceedingly interesting, and will prove of great Taluo medicinally. They closely resemble some of the European Mineral Springs 5» iustlr celebrated, more especially those of Vichy, Ems, and Fachinffen. Their Curative Value wiH bo greatest in ' Rheumatic and Atthritic Diseases. Calculus, AffoctUns ot the Kidners, nnd Dyspepsia.
